Block-Print Notebook | Small 2
No new trees were cut to make this notebook!
The fabric used to wrap this notebook is an off-cut from art block fabric. Hand block printing is a centuries-old traditional Indian craft, which has been long since preserved by artisans across the land. It started around 450 years back in Bagru, a small, remote village just off the seems of the pink city, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
This notebook has 50 sheets of ruled paper made from recycled cotton, paper waste and other natural fibre waste. No harmful chemicals were used in the process.
These books provide rural craftspeople employment and fair-wages.
